Our Refund Guarantee
At ITVORA, we’re confident in the quality of our work. We believe in complete transparency and fair dealing with all our clients. This refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds are provided.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with the initial deliverables within the first 30 days of project completion, we’ll work with you to make revisions at no additional cost. If the project fundamentally doesn’t meet your requirements after good-faith revision efforts, we’ll discuss a refund.
Project Milestone Refunds
- For projects paid in installments, refunds will be prorated based on completed work
- If we fail to deliver agreed-upon features by the deadline, we’ll issue a credit or refund for that portion
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of approval
Non-Refundable Items
- Work that was completed as requested and meets specifications
- Client-requested changes or scope additions after project completion
- Third-party services or hosting fees
- Deposits on cancelled projects that underwent initial discovery and planning
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 30 days of project delivery with specific concerns
- Provide detailed documentation of issues or unmet requirements
- Allow us 5 business days to propose solutions or revisions
- If unresolved, submit your refund request in writing
- Refunds are approved or declined within 10 business days
Payment Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase. For credit card payments, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. For bank transfers, processing may take 5-7 business days.
